1 Egg
1/4 cup Sugar
3/4 cup milk (about)
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
25 g Butter (optional)
Beat the egg and sugar until think and add with milk and shifted flour, slat and baking powder. Add melted butter. Mix until smooth and cook spoonfuls on a hot pan.
Double the mix and make loads for the family and tea time!
Serve as they come or add cream and jam for fancy tea time!
Lads, I make this every Sunday Morning...has become a family tradition and a great way to feed everyone with one dish...goes great with fresh coffee and a newspaper!!!
